RETURN POLICY

If you've purchased an item from Folkland and are unhappy with it for any reason within the first 7 days, you may return it for a full refund or store credit. Item must be in new condition in order to be returned. You must submit a Support Request using the below form in order to initiate a return. Return policy does not apply when specifically stated for special limited release products.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

Customers must pay return shipping charges. We will ship exchanges to addresses within the United States at our expense. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges, duty and taxes, for both returns and exchanges. When shipping, please insure your package for its full value.

If you are returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a returns address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. Please explain the reason for the return and the outcome you desire. Please address your package as follows:

EXCHANGES

If you've received a damaged/defective item or you received an incorrect order, we will immediately replace the item at no cost to you. Please submit a Support Request using the below form and provide us with as much information regarding the item.

If you've changed your mind and would prefer a different color or item, you will be responsible for associated shipping costs. We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping within the United States.

When returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. You can print the email confirmation, or supply a written note with your Name, Return Address, Phone, and Email.
