RETURN POLICY

All eligible products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return policy does not apply when specifically stated for special limited release products.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

Customers must pay return shipping charges. We will ship exchanges to addresses within the United States at our expense. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges, duty and taxes, for both returns and exchanges. When shipping, please insure your package for its full value.

If you are returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a returns address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. Please explain the reason for the return and the outcome you desire. Please address your package as follows:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@folk.land.


EXCHANGES

If you've received a damaged/defective item or you received an incorrect order, we will immediately replace the item at no cost to you. Please submit a Support Request using the below form and provide us with as much information regarding the item.

If you've changed your mind and would prefer a different color or item, you will be responsible for associated shipping costs. We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping within the United States.

When returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. You can print the email confirmation, or supply a written note with your Name, Return Address, Phone, and Email.
